1 1/2 pounds Italian sausage, casings removed
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato paste
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped carrots
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried sage
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
Combine tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, onion, celery, carrots, salt, horseradish, onion, celery and carrots. Stir in chicken mix, cheese sauce, horseradish, basil, oregano and sage. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
