1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 (1 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (10.75 ounce) can kidney beans
6 (2 ounce) cans diced green chilies
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Saute the seasoning salt, pepper and chili powder until beef becomes brown. Remove the skillet and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine tomato sauce, kidney beans, green chilies, beans and diced tomatoes. Mix together and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl.
