2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
3 (10 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese blend
1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sour cream, onion, green bell pepper, parsley, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Mix thoroughly until well blended. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
