1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups all-purpose flour
6 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin tin liners.
In a large bowl, mix sugar and egg, then beat flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, nutmeg and pecans. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
