1 (3 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans.
Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup vegetable oil in small bowl. Pour egg whites into prepared pans. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let cool completely.
Beat cake mix with 1 cup vegetable oil in small bowl until light yellow in color. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture into prepared pans. Bake for 20 minutes or until a knife inserted in middle of cake comes out clean. Cool completely. Garnish with candy sprinkles or chocolate ganache.
