Portuguese Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/4 cup whole milk

1/3 cup molasses

1 (6 ounce) package, crushed pineapple flavored Jell-O

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 8 inch round baking pans.

In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and cream cheese; beat well. Stir in the butter, milk, molasses and crushed pineapple. Beat for 5 minutes, or until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until center is tender. Cool completely before serving.
