1 whole small chicken, cut into pieces
2 eggs
2 (10 ounce) cans condensed prepared soup of eggs
1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C.)
In a large bowl, combine the whole chicken, eggs and soup of eggs.
In a skillet, melt the cottage cheese and spread this mixture over the chicken. Using a 2 quart baking dish, brush the top of the chicken with the cottage cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn the chicken, bake another 5 or 6 minutes, then sprinkle with remaining cottage cheese.
