4 boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring rice to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat to medium-low; stir in oil, onion, bell pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme, dill, bread crumbs, salt, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
