1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crust
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coconut rum flavored extract
In a large glass or metal bowl, mix brown sugar, vanilla extract, coconut rum extract and chocolate together. Chill in refrigerator or in freezer.
Deflate the coconut rum and shake vigorously in medium bowl. Spread over cooled crust. Chill until firm.
