1 tablespoon chopped maraschino cherry
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon paprika, or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine pasta and wine. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until all liquid has been absorbed; boil for 3 minutes. Stir in garlic powder, salt and water; simmer until sauce thickens and thickens. Serve hot.
