2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (18.25 ounce) container sour milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites, sugar, milk and vegetable oil until foamy. Stir in sour milk, vanilla extract and flour. Beat until well blended. Stir in sour milk mixture, pecans and vanilla extract. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
