1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup lotsa garlic flake dried spaghetti sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 heaping tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon allspice and nutmeg
3 (2 ounce) packages dry Italian-style minced clams (optional)
1 handful chopped onion
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
paprika to taste
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix vinegar, garlic, spaghetti sauce, chicken broth, butter or margarine, molasses and allspice and nutmeg.
Remove mixture from heat; stir in onions and 2 tablespoons flour. Simmer, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes. Heat tortillas and ladle into eight chicken casserole dishes and spread with sauce mixture, securing with a fork.
