1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a 1 cup liquid, combine the water, sugar and salt. Beat well. Gently stir in the warm milk and mixture. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool slightly on baking sheet before removing from parchment paper. Refrigerate slightly refrigerate again before serving.
