1 (14 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons tomato juice concentrate
1/4 cup olive oil
1 (8 ounce) bottle heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
In a large bowl, mix together tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, tomato juice concentrate, olive oil, cream, salt and pepper flakes to make a sauce.
