2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Cooking spray
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup water
3 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rice wine
1/4 cup bananas
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle brown sugar and water over chicken, mixing well. Cover pan and simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Return chicken to pan.
Stir broth and mustard together. Stir flour into gravy mixture and pour over chicken. Mix together. Reduce heat to medium low; heat through and pour evenly over chicken. Sprinkle bananas over chicken.
