1 (18.25 ounce) package egg whites
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (6 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries in syrup
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Beat egg whites and cream cheese in small bowl until foamy. Mix together; pour into pastry shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip and bake for 30 minutes more (the pie will be slightly sticky). Cool slightly before cutting into bars. Cool completely before cutting.
Using toothpicks to secure the tops of the pastry layers, press the whipped cream with a fork into the center of each pastry, then place onto the bars. For extra fun, pipe strawberry slices onto top.
Bake for 1 hour in front of the pie tester. Cool on wire rack, or refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
