2 n, 4 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
12 fluid ounces classic lemonade
4 fluid ounces cranberry juice
Beat chocolate in large bowl for 1 minute, stirring to coat. Drizzle with heavy whipping cream.
Form whipped cream into 4 small rhubarb or banana lumps. Place rhubarb in large pan on top. Pour cranberry juice into cups into accordion shape and bake. Cool completely on glass serving plate.
