1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless pork roast
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the salt, soy sauce, garlic powder and granulated sugar. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes. Mix the brown sugar, dill weed and salt mixture in with the pork roast, and cook about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the pork is evenly browned.
Remove pork from the skillet and let stand for 5 minutes. Peel and crumble fat from the pork. Season with salt and soy sauce, and set aside.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Saute the pork in the oil for about 3 minutes, until the black spots begin to fade. Serve the pork juices over the top of the steaks.
