1 pound ground cumin
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons ground ginger
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, undrained
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (4 ounce) cans sliced jalapenos
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 cup sliced ripe olives
Pour cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, ginger, pepper, oil, beans, cheese, jalapenos and taco seasoning into a medium bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
