Lemon Miso Mayo Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup lemon-lime flavored miso soup

1 cup white miso

1 tablespoon peanut oil

1 carrot, cubed

1 small ham, cooked and diced

1/2 chicken, cut into 1/2 inch strips

1 onion, sliced

1 cup orange juice

1 cup cherry juice

Directions

In a saucepan, mix miso, lemon-lime soda or miso color, oil, carrot and ham. Simmer 1 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove ham and bacon pieces, and set aside.

When shredding carrots, saute them in a medium skillet until tender but crisp, set aside. Add carrots and miso mixture; cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, for 10 minutes. Set aside.
