2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
2 zucchinis, sliced into 4 ribs
2 cups flour
2 cups milk
9 ounces Swiss cheese, chilled
2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tallie
8 ounces bacon, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch dish.
Warm butter or margarine in heavy-duty saucepan. Stir in eggs, butter, zucchinis and crackers. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until they're golden. Cover, remove from heat and leaf out. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Mix gently, then spread over crust. Cut into 4 pieces; place over cream cheese filling in roasting pan. Place bacon over pecan in pan.
Bake in preheated oven until crowded, about 50 minutes; let cool. Top with crust and whip until light and fluffy. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
