1 (2.5 pound) package instant rice
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 rubbery egg, separated
8 thin, cooked spicy sausage links
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Place rice in a large saucepan; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and vinegar. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Drain and keep marinated. Microwave rice approximately every hour for about 10 minutes.
