1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (20 ounce) can whole kernel corn
3 eggs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). But enough room for 1 cup pieces of cake mix.
Sift together the flour and baking powder. Set aside. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter or margarine, sugar and evaporated milk. Beat in 3 eggs, then stir in vanilla. 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon are your choices. Divide batter evenly into prepared 9x13 inch pan, spreading evenly.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool uncovered 10 minutes before serving.
