The Classic Hominy Recipe
1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
4 fluid ounces coffee flavored liqueur
2 cups boiling water
In a saucepan lined with paper towels, melt the Jell-O until thickened. Add the coffee liqueur, boiling water, and lemon gelatin in the hot water. Stir vigorously but do not boil.
Steep gelatin to desired consistency in small bowl. Refrigerate or freeze to use for dipping.
