Chicken Boulange II Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

6 chicken drumettes

1/4 cup ketchup

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup chicken broth

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, garlic and olive oil, until light and fluffy. Mix in the chicken drumettes and ketchup. Gradually blend into the butter mixture. Mix in the brown sugar, finally, pour into the baking dish.

Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until chicken drumettes are tender.

Cook chicken drumettes in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until juices run clear. Remove drumettes from oven, cool and shred with a fork.
