1 (20 ounce) can canned sweet potatoes
2 (3 ounce) packages yellow cake mix
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 cups unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups bright lemon juice
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup raisins
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 (8 ounce) can minced cooked chicken breast, drained
Place sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed, in a large bowl. Mix together sweet onion, red onion, celery, orange juice, lemon juice and chicken. Chill or refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove cream cheese and other ingredients from large food processor or blender; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese, lemon juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. Beat egg mixture into cream cheese mixture. Mix chicken into cream cheese mixture.
When the mixture is to your taste, spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 25 minutes, using foil to form a crust around the top. Cool slightly before removing foil. Remove foil and cool meat, then slice into squares.
