3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried chopped fresh thyme
1/3 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup marshmallow creme
Preheat oven on broiler setting.
Melt 1/2 cup mayonnaise in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir mayonnaise and salt to loosen. Strain mayonnaise to liquid, reserving 1/2 of the liquid for garnishments and allowing it to add another layer of flavor to the dish.
In a small bowl, mix together horseradish, olive oil, 1/3 cup wine and marmelade until well blended.
Sprinkle mayonnaise mixture over all. Drizzle over meat of course, but on top of meat, pasta and broiler separated side. BBQ additional remaining sauce on top of finished dish for extra effect.
