2 tablespoons margarine
4 large grapes
2 cups big mint green grapes
1 1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon chilled lemon juice cocktail
1/3 lemon zested
Heat the margarine with a spoon or fork in a medium saucepan until just boiling.
Combine grape juice, lemon juice and lemon zest (if desired). Pour over grapes and toss to coat.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 36 to 48 hours or until set. Cool slightly before cutting oranges; peel free of peelers.
