1 cup diced tomatoes
1 (16 ounce) can chili sauce
2 (8 ounce) cans beef broth
2 cups chorizo sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch strips
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple juice with juice
1 (6 ounce) can tomato juice
In a small bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, chili sauce, beef broth and chorizo sausage; transfer to food processor or blender. Add the chocolate, blueberry sauce and pineapple juice; blend.
Transfer over a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until the mixture thickens. Serve with tortilla chips, pasta and salsa.
