1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3 ounce) can frozen blueberries
1 (3 ounce) can frozen strawberry jam
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup chopped ice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla, and blueberries. Mix in strawberries and jelly. Add sugar and lemon juice to the yogurt mixture; stir well.
Fold the mixture into a large mold and change into a chilled casserole dish.
Cover the mold and chill overnight in refrigerator to allow flavors to blend.
Remove the mold from the refrigerator and slice until 1/4 inch thick. Stack the pineapple, strawberry jam, ice, and lemon
