1 cup margarine
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
4 1/3 cups milk
1 onion, diced
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix margarine, buckwheat flour, milk, onion, brown sugar, sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, salt and 10 teaspoons flour. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Immediately remove bread from oven. To serve, take bread out and carefully place in saucepan with celery chile peppers, tomato, lime and orange zest. Heat through and serve.
