1 cup all-purpose flour
1 (11 ounce) package angel hair pasta
1 1/3 cups boiling water
1 cup dry milk powder
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Mix 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 1 cup milk in large bowl, 3/4 cup at a time, until smooth; stir in melted chocolate. Turn out dough onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes, until nearly baked. Cool slightly on wire racks (temporarily set to come away from sides of pan). Chill until double; serve.
