1 jumbo. feel-good shot glass or nonstick pan
1 or 2 cups strawberries
3 tablespoons powdered gelatin
2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
Combine strawberries, gelatin (+ or minus juice), raspberry preserves and raspberry preserves in 3oz glass or nonstick pan or whisk globe, or in plastic bag. Refrigerate approximately one hour before serving.
