4 cups all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup white sugar
12 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 (28 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the bananas, bananas, yellow cake mix, 1/4 cup flour, and crushed pineapple. Stir all ingredients into the creamed mixture until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until set. Cool cookie sheets before cutting into rounds.
