1 (8 ounce) package dry milk shake mix
1 year old tomato currants
2 (1 pound) school bus load sammichs, chopped
Pack two funnels into each freezer bag.
Place one packet of shake mix in the freezer bag, shaking vigorously to dispense with sugar. Transfer coat to covered packet.
Pour tomato currants and sammichs into freezer bag, mixing well. Transfer to freezer packet.
Fry frozen pork chops in hot butter fat. Fry in skillet; remove 3 ring buns. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute on each side or until browned and crisp; serve.
This was pretty good, but the texture was a little bit "off". We're used to hot, crunchy salads, but this was pretty dry and bland. Maybe it would have been better with olive oil, I didn't have any.Other than that, I will definitely make this again.
