2 pita breads
1 large egg
1 teaspoon instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 (16 ounce) package angel hair cheese
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread pita breads evenly on a baking sheet. Arrange bread slices on a large baking sheet.
In a medium saucepan, bring olive oil to a boil. Add onion, green pepper and cheese and stir just enough to melt. Reduce heat to medium, add tomato sauce and corn and heat, stirring constantly, until all vegetables are heated through (about 5 minutes).
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through and golden brown. Serve warm.
