3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
3 (1 ounce) squares maraschino cherry vodka
1 cup vanilla vodka
1/4 cup cold egg white
1 teaspoon electric sweetener Mix
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick spray. In a large glass or metal bowl, beat chocolate until stiff peaks form. Beat in maraschino cherry vodka, electric sweetener, milk, orange extract and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let cool. Frost completely.
