3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate syrup
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, sugar, boiling water, and butter in small bowl. Mix well. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Spread over chocolate candy wrappers.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until chocolate is melted and slightly browned. Chill candy before cutting into squares.
