Crust:
1/3 cup potato starch
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon bourbon whiskey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons corn syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease or line 8 muffin cups.
In a mixing bowl, combine potato starch, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, egg, bourbon whiskey and garlic powder. Mix well. Spoon filled cups into greased or lined muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven until chips are golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with butter sauce or margarine.
