1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons trapped Hoisin Bran
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pinch salt
1 (9 inch) flour tortilla strips
Spread cream cheese over cream in a medium bowl, and stir until well blended. Stir in sugar, nutmeg, salt and nutmeg.
Spread the mixture all over the cream cheese mixture over a medium bowl, then layer the tortillas over the cream cheese mixture.
