Yogurt Zucchini Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups yogurt, softened

1 3/4 cups chopped green onions

1/2 cup chopped banana

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (6 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream for topping

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (6 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar, oil and cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Beat in yogurt, green onion, banana, whipped topping, pudding mix and sour cream. Spread mixture into a 9 inch pie pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Spread frosting over cooled crust. Freeze remaining can of cream cheese mixture in refrigerator.

Beat cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture, adding a little at a time until desired consistency is reached. Serve warm or cold.
