1 oz. raspberry flavored Jell-O
1 cube chicken bouillon
5 fluid ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
3 vials frozen orange juice concentrate (optional)
2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 can mandarin oranges, drained
Melt raspberry gelatin in a large bowl. Stir and let stand 3 minutes. Stir in chicken bouillon cube and lemonade concentrate. Mix orange juice and pineapple concentrate into raspberry gelatin. Cover and let stand about 15 minutes. Stir discard cube of lemonade concentrate earlier. Heat remaining raspberry gelatin in small saucepan over medium heat.
Pour orange juice into chilled raspberry gelatin container. Refrigerate remainder in metal container or plastic container for storage until needed.
This is a classic that has been around for a long time. I first found this recipe in a "Foods of Spain" book. Since then it has been a favorite with guests.
