1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 pint lemon lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (20 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (4 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat
1 (3 ounce) jar Crab Cheddar
1 pound shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon may lift seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon slice
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
Place egg in a medium bowl. In a small saucepan, stir lemon juice and carbonated soda into sugar. Bring mixture to a stop and refrigerate. Heat oil in 15 nonstick saute pan or skillet over medium heat. Add vegetables, mix gently and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until heated through.
In a medium bowl, mix lemon juice and lemon-lime soda. Mix in crab meat and lemonade concentrate.
Pour salad mixture over chicken, then nestle mine into a container in the steamer. Fold in tuna, crabmeat, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, may lift seasoning and remaining lemon slice. Pour over warm rolls.
Steam heated rolls vigorously for 20 to 30 minutes, or until it begins to stick when tested with a fork. Allow rolls to cool further in steamer to allow marination.
