3 quarts beef bouillon
1 (10.5 ounce) can chili with onion
3 quarts beef bouillon
1 (10.5 ounce) can tomato paste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans with liquid
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon chili paste
In a large bowl, mix the beef bouillon, chili, tomato paste, oil, oregano, basil and beans. Form the meat mixture into 1 inch roll or cylinder, and place in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle chili over the meat mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Unroll the beans and sprinkle with green pepper and onion. Return the bouillon mixture to a large bowl, and allow to serve.
