1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups diced tomatoes
2 cups chopped green onions
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/8 cup raisins
In a large saucepan, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil slowly for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl.
Stir cranberries, walnuts and raisins into tomato mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
