1 egg
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 slices croissant cheese
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt, divided
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper, divided
4 slices sliced bacon
Place egg in a small bowl and set aside for 20 minutes to allow eggs to start to cook.
In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese until creamy. Stir in 2 tablespoons water, salt, 2 teaspoons crushed pepper and one slice bacon. Form mixture into rolls or slices. Place rolls onto two plates. Cover with cheese.
Fry starters 2 to 5 minutes on each side, or until browned. Drain on paper towels.
