Dolmasa Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 (15 ounce) can tomato-vegetable juice mix

1 1/2 cups black olives

2 tablespoons chopped green olives

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine spinach, olive oil, tomato juice mix, black olives, green olives, parsley, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper. Mix gently and add to boiling. Heat for 3 minutes.
