Caramel Corn Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 teaspoons baking mix

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large marshmallows

2 cups diced pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and baking mix; beat at medium speed until blended. Mix in sugar and egg. Beat into marshmallows. Drop pecans onto prepared baking sheets.

Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean, about 1 hour.
