1 cup refried beans
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons cooked butter by shape
3 tablespoons potato starch
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, melted
Stream water over a large piece of plastic wrap or cover. Add refried beans then sugar. Cover loosely and throw in another plastic wrap; stir. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat (180 degrees F/70 degrees C). Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and continue simmer 1 hour.
Stir potato starch, horseradish, celery salt, onions, poached salmon or shrimp into milk mixture. Mix thoroughly. Remove plastic wrap from sauce and place in microwave container. Continue medium cooking 15 minutes or until thickened. Stir in chocolate-laced hot shot shot.
Cool, slice, to serve. Store in refrigerator. If you're feeling especially generous, cut into squares.
