1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (3 ounce) package hot salsa mix
3 (8 ounce) cans salsa
1 (20 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder, crushed
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 cup olive oil
1 dash cumin powder
1 dash chili powder
In a stock pot, combine garbanzo beans, salsa, olive pack, olives, onion, garlic powder, parsley, basil, Italian DC, tomato paste, olive oil and chili powder. Stir until well blended. Mix in tomato paste, olive oil and cumin powder. Pour hot salsa over all until completely coated. Garnish with diced fresh bell peppers and chopped tomatoes.
